I have been to multiple PTs through my life, however Brian was the first one to point me out what I should fix in my posture and daily basic movements to fix the origin of my problems.
As an older athlete, training over 4 hours a day, I found myself under-recovering, which lead to pain and injury. Since working with Dr. Brian and Xcel Movement, I am recovering properly through manual therapy as well having a specific program written for me so I can ensure proper self care and maintenance. The help, care and therapy at Xcel Movement has helped me improve as an athlete but also improve as an everyday person
One year post ACL/dual meniscus surgery and Dr Brian is fixing me up!! I've struggled the whole year to do much of anything. Stairs are an issue, much less getting back into Crossfit. I've see. Him twice so far and the improvement is already amazing. Wish I had known of him for the first 8 months of physical therapy!!!
I’ve tried everything under the sun to get rid of my knee pain. I saw Dr. Campbell about a month ago (I was having major knee pain after a squat session). He did some dry needling on my quads (which was instant relief on my knees) and looked at my movement patterns. After a few tests, he came up with some mobility homework for me to do, which would correct my bad habits. Ive been following his recommendations and i haven't had any knee pain since! A+ stuff from Dr. Campbell, I highly recommend.
